Congratulations to Years 5 and 6 and a BIG Thankyou from the whole school.

Years 5 and 6 worked hard today, to deliver a fantastic 'Titanic Experience'  to the whole school and then to some parents. Each class spent time with Mrs Davey's class to learn facts, play games, dance and even dressed up.   Look on the Year 5 and 6 webpage for some photos.

Well done Mrs Davey and Mrs Spooner for completing the Dublin Marathon

Mrs Davey and Mrs Spooner completed the Dublin Marathon  during the half term break. They raised money for Diabetes and ran in memory of Arian Jones. Your kind donations helped them to raise over £500. Thank you

NSPCC came to school to talk to us about a sponsorship event that each class will participate in.

Pupils will be carrying out events in their classes over the next  few weeks! For more details ask Mrs Mason.  A sponsorship letter was sent home today.

Our Rain Free Sport's Day

Today, we found a break in the rain  so held our Olympic Sport's Day on the school field. The pupils took part in seven Olympic Events and were all awarded with their own medal for participating! Well done to all those who took part and helped out.

Mrs Spooner took several children to the Village Hall to have Afternoon Tea with a group from Age Concern.

The pupils shared their experiences of school life today and the Age Concern  group  shared pictures and memories of life as they grew up.
