Dear Parents /Carers,
Please see attached. Year 5 and 6 children discussed and compiled these questions and I have to admit I think they have included some very relevant and good questions. I eagerly await your replies.
Swimming Lessons Year 3 and Year 4
These start after half term (Tuesday 21st February). The children will travel to Fairwater Leisure Centre on Tuesday morning at 10.00am. There is a charge for the transport but we will pay for the swimming lessons. The charge for a half term will be £18.00 and for the Summer term it will cost £30.00. Please send in £18.00 and the consent form which has been given to the children by Friday 10th February. If paying by cheque, please make payable to Ponthir Cin W School. Many thanks.
Party Time!
To celebrate our recent success of becoming the First FairTrade School in Torfaen we are going to have another Big Brew party. This will be a ‘free’ tea and coffee party. We are also inviting any new parents and the community to join us and have a look around the school. Mark this afternoon in your diary, it will be a great afternnon, Friday March 9th 2.00pm-3.30pm.
